Troop 380 volunteered to run the Japeechen District's fall camporee for 2001. Our troop was 100% responsible for the event, our boy leaders were 100% on top of it.  This was a huge job requiring a lot of preparation.  A few weeks before the event we held a dress rehersal at Camp Guyasuta.
